Having received the latest price for my broadband renewal i needed to phone to check the actual price i would be paying for the next 12 months. The agent I spoke to called 'Naomi' was very helpful explaining what options I had and quickly answered my concerns, creating a new package price including the Voip service. Top marks for being able to resolve my problem quickly.
