Left with faulty freezer unfixed/unresolved......
Initially excellent communication via email and call to confirm appt. made for 9th July, subsequently changed by Respond to 8th July. The engineer was courteous, dressed well for the work and prepared. He quickly assessed the situation which could not be fixed, arranging for a member of the Appliance Warehouse team to contact me with an alternative freezer and appropriate deal on price, which I did receive later that day, however, replacement with picture was for a fridge! not freezer, I immediately emailed back to quote for freezer not fridge and 10 days later still awaiting a reply!! Now left with a faulty freezer unfixed! which apparently can be be dangerous, we are following this up independently
