Misleading advertising, incorrect credit deduction & refund refused
I purchased a subscription because the platform clearly advertised specific features and “unlimited” usage at checkout. After paying, it became obvious that many of those features are not actually available as described. When I clicked on what was shown as a free video option, my credits were still deducted — even though the interface indicated it should be free. This appears to be a system error or misleading labeling, and I immediately stopped using the service once I noticed it. I requested a refund right after this happened, but it was refused despite this occurring almost immediately after purchase and due to incorrect feature representation. According to their own Terms of Use, discrepancies between advertised functionality and actual delivery — especially when billing or credits are affected — should be addressed and resolved fairly. If something is labeled as free but still deducts paid credits, that is not as promised. In addition, under Serbian consumer protection law, consumers who purchase digital services online generally have rights to withdraw from such contracts and receive refunds when the service does not conform to what was advertised or reasonably expected. I have documented the entire issue and, should it remain unresolved, I will consider all appropriate options to address this matter through my available legal and consumer protection channels. Very disappointing experience with how this situation is being handled.
