Comprehensive, Organized, User-Friendly, 100% Recommend
I was very impressed with the Yoga & Ayurveda Center Online School. At first, I was a bit hesitant to sign up for it because I tend to prefer in-person training. But I was extremely pleased to find that the curriculum was very organized, comprehensive, and user-friendly. The resources and supports that are available throughout the course are vast. Steph is very personable and easy to reach via email. Her communication and feedback were always helpful and prompt. I appreciate the affordability and accessibility of the courses, and love that there is an emphasis on diversity and inclusion with a genuine social justice vibe, something that resonates deeply with my personal and professional values. There are various instructors teaching a variety of offerings, and the fact that it is self-paced makes completion of the course very doable. I felt continuously motivated to complete the modules and assignments as I felt my yoga practice deepening throughout the process. I would 100% recommend for anyone considering an online yoga school.
