Much cheaper and more reliable domain registration available
When a domain was renewed for 5 years instead of 2 here is the response. There was still a month on the domain before thay auto-renewed it. "In order to process the refund, we will need to transfer ownership of the domain over to ourselves. Please copy and paste the below statement as a reply, replacing the XXX with the domain name(s) you would like refunded." If your paying top dollar for domain registration you don't expect them to try and steal the domain.
