Quick response to contract renewal error
After failing to correctly implement my broadband renew and therefore over-charging me for the first month after my initial contract expired, when I complained, Mandisi from their Customer Service Team was very quick to respond to resolve the problem and to offer a generous goodwill gesture in compensation for Voneus' initial error. A good "save", even if the initial failure was entirely avoidable.
