Crappy quality
Purchased the pet cargo cover for my Model X. Very cheaply made, and ripped after one use. When I emailed them about my concern, I received this as a response, "...please be advised our product warranty does not cover any cosmetic damage (e.g. tears) incurred after using our products" Not happy with this response. This cover might work for someone who has a low impact/small dog.
