I majorly regret ordering from this company!!!
If I could give this company zero stars I would! I ordered a plastic Keter cabinet and when it was delivered on 20th August a number of parts were damaged. After some back and forth emails and providing photos several times with no resolution, I asked for my money back. Thereafter I had to email back and forth over around a 6 week time period. I was promised time and again that my refund was being “processed”, each time with a deadline for payment. The deadline would pass and they would have another excuse for why I had not been refunded. I eventually told them I was going to take this up with Trading Standards and magically got my refund the next day on 24th September. Do not touch this company with a barge pole, they are AWFUL!!
