Dutch vets are great!
Dutch vets are great, customer service is good, the only thing that needs improvement is the prescription service. They charge fees to put in prescriptions, to transfer prescriptions, and it takes days to get the prescriptions even with rush service which costs $20 extra. Customer service can get back to me in a day but they cant call Costco pharmacy in a day to put in a prescription for my dog that urgently needs a med. That’s the only thing that prevents a 5 star review, pharmacy delays and overcharges. Sometimes our pets need the meds the same day as the appointment due to infections or other symptoms.
