Easy pick up only thing drop off I was disappointed that I just had to drop the keys off with nobody there to check car in especially when you have a £2500 deposit on the car and you there is not a mark on the car so I did a video of the car for peace of mind Once they had checked the car back 2 days latter money was transferred straight away
