Outstanding customer service, good quality clothing and reasonable prices
This company was a great find. Although initially sceptical when first ordering, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the clothing (and some very unique pieces). Reasonable prices and regular promotions means your money goes a little bit further! Delivery is relatively quick (and free shipping) and there are regular real-time updates on the progress of your order. However, for me, the strongest positive is Fashion Chingu's customer service. Responses are speedy and feel personalised (rather than standard automated replies). The staff are very helpful and any queries are answered quickly and satisfactorily. Strongly recommend Fashion Chingu.
