This is the worst company I have dealt

This is the worst company I have dealt with. The wallet arrived very late for Christmas- I tried to return it for a refund but when ordering I was sent a 10% discount code which I used only to be told when I tried to return that they only refund full price items. In the end they offered a 50% refund which i accepted- this has never arrived and my emails are ignored.
