Got fooled like others have
Got fooled like others have. They tried to take my $99.99. Thank goodness my bank notified me because i did not authorize the withdrawal. Nowhere in their ad do they tell you that using the app may cost you money. In fact, I declined the offer to use the premium portion of the app. Also, the device recognized the vin number but gave the wrong vehicle information (found out later it doesn't support an F450). I did just apply for a refund and that seemed easy enough, but I still hate it when companies don't supply all the truth about what will happen if you purchase their product.
