I was gonna write a bad review but I'm impressed
I was gonna write a bad review. Mainly because I had an issue with getting a refund. All was resolved in the end as these things can take a few days to transpire. I tried to change the date on my booking however the button on the website for that was showing an error. So since the booking was past the full refund 48hour window. I was not getting my money back, so I taught. So I called customer support and spoke to a guy called John. He had an Indian accent. He was very patient and professional. He advised he couldn't give a refund as their system wouldn't allow it. So he recommended I create a new booking so he could issue the refund for the original amount. Then I could cancel the later booking. I did that. I have received all the money I spend. And I am grateful for that. When I booked the second time on such short notice, I got the Citroën C1 for €67 for a day. So if you're on a shoestring budget. I do recommend these guys. The website is easy to use. Plenty of follow up emails. Online Chat is fast and live. Customer support are top notch. Since I never drove the car I can't give a 5 star. However, as promised. This review is dedicated to the customer support team. Especially to John for his amazing service.
