If I could give these 0 stars I would. Have called non stop, emailed and sent a formal complaint. Floor sanders were delivered late, then they tried to pick them up early when we weren't in. We ask them to come back and they say they'll try and they have NEVER COME BACK SINCE. It has been a week. We still have these sanders and I hope they're not going to be thinking we're paying for these extra days... Any advice on how to actually get through to this useless company gratefully requested because this has been a nightmare. I want these taken away and they should be doing something about my hours of time wasted.
