With apologies

In regards to the preceding review I wrote. Due to the lack of a swift, customary response, I admit that my comments concerning my brother's tour experience and welfare were a little bit strong, thus putting the management representatives of Intrepid in a uniquely awkward position. I apologise unreservedly, however I still stand by my word over the unfairness that has been thrown at Joe's way. Our feedback on his incomplete trip has remained truthful and realistic, though we still find it disrespectful when previous replies have contained the usual excuses, negativity and no resolution. Additionally, I have come across the review of another customer, who like Joe was on an African overland tour last year found herself curtailed and unrefunded following a mediocore accident, under similar extenuating circumstances and I can share in her misunderstanding and frustration. Now I can't help but wonder that a pattern might be forming here where travellers are misjudged and dismissed too easily, but most of all needlessly. At the end of the day everyone is human and it's natural to make mistakes now and again, but still, issuing a curtailment without thorough consultation first is going too far. It appears that Joe was and is continuously subjected to bullying in connection to his discarded claim, and is literally crying out for help. I therefore kindly persuade for Intrepid to at least arrange a reasonable term of reimbursement that my brother is overdue. Please. Respectfully, John.
