Nora was absolutely excellent
Nora was absolutely excellent: very quick and approachable. The 5 star is for her. However, her predecessor was not helpful at all. We have a dispute with the landlord, who was unreasonably withholding the deposit. He did not want to explain the dispute resolution process to us, which was incredibly unhelpful.
