I booked airport to hotel transfer
I booked airport to hotel transfer, and the driver dropped us off at wrong hotel. We had to make additional arrangements to get to our original destination. I filed a complaint and they stand behind the driver that dropped us off. DO NOT use Travelocity for any reason whatsoever. Their customer service is below “one star” and if you had any common sense at all, use anyone other that Travelocity!
