On July 29, 2024, I booked Kosice-Prague flights. Prague Marsa Alam. I tried it about 20 times. There was always something wrong with the reservation system. It kept falling, so it became quite nerve-wracking to fill in my information over and over again. In the end, it was successful, the screen showed that the payment went well, and they also deducted €1,200. Later, I received a confirmation for the Kosice-Prague flight. But when I got the confirmation of the whole flight and it was not Marsa Alam but Hurghada. I didn't understand. I probably won't travel another 300 km by car. And pay for transportation. Because we have a hotel in Marsa Alam. And the ticket price is almost the same. so I contacted them. If there had to be a mistake, I certainly don't fly to Hurghada and I never wanted to. The answer is that if I want a change, we have to pay something around €400 per person. Thank you very much. I know 100% that when I made the reservation, it said that the payment went well and that Marsa Alam was there, too bad I didn't take a print screen. Don't make that mistake next time. And forget about communication. You can talk to your dog right at home, he will at least answer you. So probably some hacker has attacked their system. And now innocent people are suffering. I personally will never be with them again.
