Jenna made the process seamless
Jenna was so helpful in getting my background cleared of inaccurate information. I was like a fish out of water throughout this process but she made sure to answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand, all without making me feel stupid. She was responsive and stayed in contact along the way. Jenna made sure to contact me for any information that might help my case and she refused to settle for less than what she felt I deserved - which was more than even I expected.
