Elderly and worried sick by your booking process for a one way return flight from Alicante to Manchester in September .I am 79 years old and travelling alone. You have taken the money from my bank account immediately and yet not sent a confirmation to my email address despite saying I would get a response in within 8 hours. It has been a nightmare booking with you online and I regret agreeing to any extras as I fear I am going to be completely out of pocket now. So much for this comment by your site "in progress- We are waiting to confirm your trip with providers. Relax and we'll let you know when it's ready" MJC Shrewsbury
