Impossible to check-in without making additional cost
I checked in on-line. I never accept any additional cost when checking in, but with Sun Express this was apparently not possible. It would simply not let me complete the check-in without making additional cost. So I ended up allocating 1 of the 4 seats, which costed me 9,13 GBP (I tried switching to EUR, but also this seemed impossible). I tried to get some on-line support but there was no response from the on-line webchat assistant. I will get over this, it's just a small amount. But I hate that it takes me so much time to check in online. Hopefully my further experience with Sun Express will be positive.
