Not refundable, not even two weeks before
I Accidentally booked the wrong dates, (booked two weeks later). At arrival, the hotel was fully booked and I had to choose another hotel for two nights. I wanted to call and ask for a refound almost two weeks before the booked dates, and nobody picks up the phone. The coming week I tried again, then called Thon Snø and got a mailadress. The response was that a refound is not possible. So now I have two pay for 250€ for nothing. I used to be a loyal customer.
