Scam Alert! Kingsway Tourism...
Absolutely outraged by the blatant scam that is Kingsway Tourism. I paid 1600 AED for a membership plan that was supposed to give me a 25% discount on flight tickets for my family. Instead, I was quoted prices higher than booking directly through the airline website. This is a complete rip-off and a clear violation of the membership agreement. When I reached out to customer service, they had the nerve to say the discount was "up to 20%" and not the flat 25% I was promised. This is a blatant lie and completely inconsistent with the promotional materials I received. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to honor the promised discount. This company is nothing but a fraudulent operation designed to mislead and overcharge customers. If you're considering their membership plan, don't waste your money. They will not honor their promises, and you will end up paying more than the actual ticket prices. I will never use their services again and will be booking directly through the airline from now on. Stay away from this dishonest and deceitful service!
