Untrustworthy, unreliable
The company provided packing instructions that, it turned out after over a month delay, did not comply with the courier’s requirements. The company blamed me for not packing/labelling properly when I did everything exactly as they instructed. The company has now taken all my money paid for the courier and says if I want my package delivered I need to pay them again. I urge you not to trust anything in their reply as the actual customer service reps are extremely dishonest or at best negligent. Avoid this company at all costs. Either book a courier directly or another service company.
