Long waiting time, huge charge for a small scratch
The lady at the counter office in Zadar Airpot was extremely slow, like processing 1 client every half an hour. I found a teeny tiny scratch on the boot of the car and they charged me the whole 300e deposit for that. Luckily I had insurance buying from Zest Car Rental, but they will most likely not fix that scratch and cash in the 300e for themselves since the car was not in mint condition to begin with. Later Edit: I feel obliged to answer to the reply autounion has left here. It is simply a lie that I have been there 15 minutes before the flight. In fact I was 1:30 hours prior to that. There were 2 people in front of me at the counter office, for which the whole process took about 45 minutes. The car was inspected at the scene and there was absolutely no other damage than the scratch on the back of the trunk. This can be proven by the declaration that I have signed in front of the AutoUnion representative. There was no other damage, so I don't understand how you can call the scratch "severe" damage and have no idea what you are talking about any rear left glass and bumper damage. Please do email me the photos that prove any other damage than the scratch. The whole experience with your company has been the worst I've had so far in my renting history.
