Friendly, professional but all a bit overwhelming at times.
Very professional but lots of paperwork and statements are not clear to a newbie. Set up included lots of direction towards certificates, sign offs (smoke detector) and insurances- not sure which were needed and which were up selling. Staff always willing to answer queries and always pleasant and friendly.
