28 yrs with pain, follow my journey with Lin
I have been working with Lin for about 5 months. I've had my pain for 28 years. I rated my experience as a 4 only because it's still early in my journey. In those 5 months I've learned a lot about where my pain is coming from and tools to reduce and control flare ups. That's been a big advancement for me. Remember, it's a process and not an event.
