I placed an order with Car Mats UK which promptly arrived. However there were some quality and finish issues which were reported to them with photographs of the problems. Without delay I received a response with an apology, along with the gesture of a replacement set of a higher grade mats free off charge as a gesture of goodwill. They have arrived today, less than a week later, and are excellent in every way. The finish and overall quality are superb. Thank you to Car Mats UK and they have proved their worth as a quality and honourable supplier.
