Dreadful
Bought an iPhone and it was listed as in excellent condition. Sadly, it arrived with significant damage, scuffs and chips to the rear casing and frame. Most concerning was the quantity of dirt and dust in the charging port, speaker slots and side buttons. The iPhone was returned 5 days ago and the company are trying to locate it, despite them signing to receive it. I’ve now been told that once found, it will be a further 5 days to process my refund. The first and last time I buy from this company, there’s much better retailers out there.
