REFUND
I'm awaiting your decision on the refund of 4 nights from April 30th to May 4th. I paid for my total trip to Last minute.com on April 4th, then to a mistake I also booked the hotel with Booking.com. I phoned on April 6 and wrote an email to warm of the error. Booking told me that they could cancel the booking but the payment was at the discretion of the hotel. On April 3rd and 5th Ipaid the total bill at LastMinute.com. On April 5th Scandic withdrew from my credit card 516,27 euros for the stay on dates identical to my booking. I am waiting for the 516,27 euros unduly charged to be credited back to me. Donatella Salvi
