HORRIBLE customer experience

HORRIBLE customer experience as a first time purchaser. I placed an order for $26 and let them know I never received it. Customer service suggested it was my fault for not grabbing the package immediately after arrival (I travel for work and I have locked mailboxes for all mail in my apartment and have never had an issue). I went to open it one week later, which is very reasonable in my opinion. I also waited to see if it showed up as they suggested it could have been a miss-scan. They told me to wait and then they contacted USPS to start an investigation. I was told that USPS says they delivered the package and if I didn't have it then I should reach out to them. They refused to refund me or send a replacement order and made me feel like I was the one at fault. BUYER BEWARE! Looks to me it’s a normal occurrence looking at the review before mine. **UPDATED** as of 2/22 Company responded to this comment stating that they have reached out for a replacement and that I may have missed the email. When I went to my email, rest assured, they had sent that email RIGHT BEFORE they commented to cover themselves and be able to respond to my comment saying I was not accurate. I believe they never would have done so without me leaving a bad review. This company has some untrustworthy practices and I will not order from them again.
