Technically fine, billing process awful
Technically the service works pretty well I've tried a few alternatives but usually came back to iDrive. Their billing process, however, is atrocious. There are no renewal reminders, they just go ahead and renew. Once this is done then they don't send an invoice. Particularly sneaky is giving a hefty introductory discount then quietly making the full charge a year later.
