Wego did not assist after hotel failed to provide adjacent rooms as written in my booking
booked two rooms on Wego with a clearly written request for the rooms to be next to each other. The hotel informed me upon arrival that they cannot meet this request, and directed me back to Wego for compensation. However, Wego refused any assistance, even though the issue affected the comfort and purpose of my stay. I am only asking for a partial compensation (one night) for the inconvenience. I hope the Resolution Team can help.
