They only think about money
They only think about money, liars and shameful I was amazed at the treatment Meininger Hotel Vienna received by refusing to refund even a portion or change dates and not even allowing us to book again. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Also they lied to us, the hotel is open but we cancel we will get nothing, and on their website it is not possible to book for the particular dates because of covid. This is an hotel company that seeks money, not a passion for hospitality. You prefer to stick to your policy rather than welcoming your guest in the best possible way in times of crisis. Then politics is the only thing left to you. Shameful
