Completely!!!!!!!!!!!!! useless support, 12 minutes wait until the first response, and each following message 10+ minutes. And right now, I can't connect to any live Irish agents. The system is transferring me to the UK's department to a useless agent just sending you a gtfo message. 3. Website doesn't work to transfer the number from another operator. UPD: Actually, it moved my number eventually, but I didn't receive any confirmation, and they just transferred my number suddenly 4. Lies about unlimited data. This mobile operator promises only 60GB (as a "fair" policy) and then completely cuts off the internet. Welcome to the unlimited data (aka lies) world.
