They have a very sneaky subscription…
They have a very sneaky subscription they add to your order. I was charged 2x €5 a month for a smart subscription I never asked for and even unchecked. 2 months later it has been charged from my account. I didn't even sign up for a account but placed my order as guest. After sending them a email about this they canceld the subscription but did't want to give a refund since they delivered what I signed up for they said. This is obviously a customer scam. I never leave reviews. I just want to warn everyone for this. Update: After writing a 1 star review I got an email back with them giving my money back. The service is alright on their website I got the game key. Maybe I am blind myself but I am pretty sure I didn't sign up for a subscription, I also double checked and this was not on the invoice. Maybe the person that replied to this review can explain where I actually signed up for this. Thanks Adjusted stars because I got my money back.
