A very dodgy company. Stay clear
As part of the Covid outbreak we had to cancel our travel and we claimed through TID. It took months for them to assess the claim. Every few weeks they would ask for a new document and we provided every single one requested. Finally months after the claim was approved they wrote saying that the money would be paid within 3-5 business days. Its been weeks and every week when I call them they keep giving me a new excuse as to why it is not paid. I am still waiting to be paid. Terrible organisation. Stay clear
