I downloaded the app to save for future…

I downloaded the app to save for future activation. I did not enter my bank details. I did not activate the app. They immediately starting charging me R460. Fortunately the account is reserved for savings and such purchases so I put money in when needed. The purchase is declining but they are trying everyday to take money from me without permission. I did not authorise it through my bank. I did not give my 3 digit activation number. How did they manage to charge me? Through Apple?? This is dishonest and greedy.
