20x30 Unusable Photos
I ordered 3 of the 20x30 acrylic photos for my living room. I chose the option of them being frameless because I thought it would look elegant. I was unaware that in choosing a frameless option, I would be sent my photos with a rim of whiteness, barcode, and dimension details on the white line around the rim of the photos. I believed the photos would be ready to hang on my walls, instead I have photos that I can’t do anything with. With the knowledge I have now of what the photos look like frameless, I requested that they simply send me frames for me put on the photos so they would be ready to hang on my wall. Instead of providing a solution, I was told they don’t sell frames (though they obviously do) and the only thing they could do is give me 50% off coupon for me to reorder the ENTIRE order again. This company does not stand behind their products nor do they offer helpful solutions when their customers are dissatisfied. *I would attach photos but there is no option to do so. I sent customer service photos and gave them a chance to remedy this issue before I posted a review. They think this is something that is unproblematic*
