Mixed emotions
I like the fact that the car was picked up from my home and I didn't need to go to another town to sell the vehicle. No fees and payment before car was taken away is also really good. The initial quote was the highest but it quickly became evident that the rep on the phone's job was to bring the offer as far down as possible for the most unreasonable reasons. At one point the rep didn't know why the offer was so low as he struggled to find reasons. He then spurted out, "the car is red"! Take that for what it's worth. When the guy came to pick the car up, they attempted to lower the offer again for normal wear and tear on a 10-year old car with nothing of major to report. As easy as it was to sell, I do feel I was played by sharks who see customers as their prey. 3 stars for the no fees and zero stars for the lack of trust I have in the reps.
