This company did a great job in securing very nice lodging and also a very good driver for our journey through northern Ireland. There were prompt in their return email, but we would have liked a more personal connection via phone as we were sharing our desires for the trip. (Our agent was a bit abrupt.) That way they could have gotten to know us a wee bit better, and could have offered some suggestions etc. The one rather big mistake they made was not securing our last night's lodging. They had us leaving one day before out departure. Thank goodness our driver took care of us and found us a place, and it all ended well.
