First time to have a car transported
First time to have a car transported - and after reading many reviews, was very “cautious”. Falcon did a great job - they were the most reasonable price and they kept me informed. There was a problem with the truck after they left from Chicago. While it was a delay, i was informed and it was still delivered within my time frame. I recommend this group - they made sure my vehicle was safe and insured, and i would use them again. Very fair and honest. My contact also had a day off, and someone else covered for them and kept me informed. A good experience.
