Paid for pre booked seats and extra legroom- got neither!
I have never flown with SunExpress before and probably won’t again. Having pre booked seats and paid for extra legroom, the plane was changed and we were allocated different seats. The cabin crew weren’t in the slightest bit interested. I also have a son with a nut allergy and although an announcement was put out, it was done whilst people were taking their seats and not listening and the man in the row in front of him started eating nuts causing my son to have a reaction. Will now have to try to obtain a refund for the prebooked seats on my return from holiday - annoying!
