Dealing with Gayle Dowle has been one of the most difficult and unpleasant experiences I’ve had with any letting agency. She’s consistently unhelpful, abrupt, and makes even the most basic requests feel like an inconvenience. Nothing is ever straightforward, and instead of support, you’re met with attitude and resistance at every turn. If you’re looking for clear communication or professionalism, this is not the place. I genuinely wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone — avoid at all costs.
