I would wholeheartedly recommend SellMyHome.co.uk to anyone thinking about selling their property. From the start, the process was clear and easy with excellent customer support from the team. They gave me an accurate valuation for my flat and organised someone to come and take excellent photo's. They also got us into some mainstream newspapers as we were featured on an online open house on facebook which was fantastic in generating interest in the property. When it came to negotations, I have to give a special mention to Tom Hardcastle who handled it expertly, kept us informed and in the end managed to get significantly above our asking price. Since we have sold, we have seen other similar properties go for less! This is an innovative company, disrupting the estate agent marketplace to give a better experience to the consumer.
