Why cant I contact Aldi urgently without going through stupid questions and answers.
This is a copy of an email I sent to Aldi and it was unable to be delivered. I sent it after spending at least 2 hours on Google trying to find a way to contact Aldi directly as I thought it was imperative that they were informed of this message. Date: Wed, 15 Feb 2023 13:10:12 +1100 Subject: Careless/False Advertising Saffron threads or powder is advertised in the online brochure recieved via email today. It is stated 0.5g is $4.99. Just for the information of whoever is inputting data into your catalogue, 0.5g is half of one gram. So how can you show pricing in the same advert for 10g Saffron for $9.98!!! IMPOSSIBLE, there are 20, 0.5grams in 10grams which equates to $99.80 NOT $9.98! So, if Aldi want to sell me 10g saffron for $9.98 please tell me where I can pick up a pallet load and I will be there in a flash!! You guys best change your catalogue before complaints go to Fair Trading when you refuse to sell 10g for $9.98.reg
