We had a very disappointing experience at Erdem Hospital. My sister had liposuction and a tummy tuck, and while the surgery itself is not the main issue, the behavior of the consultant, Alina Bejenaru, was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. Before the surgery whenever my sister or I asked questions, she spoke in a rude and disrespectful manner. Her tone made us feel uncomfortable and ignored, instead of supported and informed. After the surgery, when we contacted her for aftercare guidance, her attitude remained dismissive and unpleasant. Post operative care is a very sensitive time, and patients deserve patience, empathy, and clear communication which we unfortunately did not receive. Because of this experience, I do not recommend Erdem Hospital, especially due to the lack of professionalism and poor patient communication from this consultant.
