Useless Support Advisor
Had an issue with a device no longer connecting to my wireless printer. Contacted the support team via WhatsApp which is not an immediate live chat service. But eventually was contacted by someone calling themselves Merihane. She (as I believe it’s a female name) was useless. Kept asking me questions for which I had already provided the answer. And then during some troubleshooting, left out an important step that resulted in my printer losing its network connection. When I queried this at 16:24, she replied “Please bear with me.” It’s now 18:08 and I’ve heard nothing else from her. I can only conclude that’s she’s logged off and I’m now being ignored. In the meantime, I’ve solved the issue myself. It was a VPN matter. If she’s still got a job - as I see she let the last reviewer down too - and she is assigned to your case, ask to speak to someone else.
