Check before you use/book
I booked flights, they were cancelled outside of my control. Its taken 1 year to try and get a refund, passed from pillar to post and call chargeds extortionate. Then only part refund even though cancellation was outside of our control. DO NOT USE THESE I booked wizz air flights whose customer services, not only was confusing, but no better. Very very frustrating and disappointing. Its dishonorable they do not fully refund. ....Thanks for your comment, its a shame you wasn't that quick processing the refund (12 months) yet a day to reply to a review 🤔 Part refunded flight, then after my complaint, refunded a bit more so begs the question if you can refund a bit more, what you are actually keeping for yourselves) 🤔
